Dear Sirs,
I recently purchased (December 2009) a Panasonic DMP BD Blu-ray (multi-region) player from your company. It was important to me that I be able to continue to source both American/Canadian as well as UK/European Blu-ray discs and play them on one unit. My previous solution had been to utilise 2 Sony PS3 Units, one European and one American. This worked fine, taking into account the obvious drawbacks (switching discs, HDMI cable etc. for each region locked disc). When my American player began to malfunction in November 2009, it was clearly time to invest in a new multi-region player, which could play both A and B regions. I saw your advertising in one of the UK film/DVD magazines and ordered the unit online. Although the delivery cost to Germany was fairly steep, my new player was with me one week after payment had been made by bank transfer from my UK account.
Not only am I very happy with the convenience and quality of my new purchase, I am happy to recommend your company's products to potential customers. I was also pleased with the update facility on my registered account, which kept me informed about my order status throughout the whole process.
It is easy to complain about bad or indifferent service. However, I feel it is equally important for businesses to receive positive feedback, where warranted. In my case, I have no hesitation whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending your services and in passing on my unsolicited opinion to you today.

ordered a Sony DVP-NS718H DVD Player yesterday at 2pm. The unit was delivered today at 1pm and worked as advertised. All my Region 1 discs played perfectly. Thanks for an absolutely fantastic service.

I just wanted to say thanks so much for the excellent service. My panasonic Blu-ray player BD30 arrived this afternoon, having ordered it yesterday (4/9/08). I started with a toshiba HD player which, obviously, is 'due for retirement now. However, and by comparison, the Panasonic is very easy to set-up: has magnificent picture/sound quality- especially when upscaling standard DVDs and has the wonderful feature whereby 2.45:1 films can be made to fill the whole widescreen, thus removing the black bars top and bottom. I am very impressed and, recommend this player to anyone still wondering what to do regarding the Blu-ray/DVD technology 'debate'. Thankyou, sincerely,
